Four platforms, one engineering standard.

Everything you see here we design, build and maintain ourselves. They're multi-tenant SaaS systems in production, with real data isolation and continuous evolution. Every figure on this page is functionality already doing someone's job, not a brochure promise. And if none of them fits your case, we'll build you a custom one.

ResiHub

Condominium and property management

ResiHub is our largest product: a SaaS platform covering the whole of residential administration. It replaces the archipelago of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and shared folders that most condominiums run on.

It's built for six user types with different needs: SuperAdmin, Property manager, Administrator, Security, Owner and Resident. Each one sees their own dashboard and their own permissions, over the same data.

What sets it apart is the property-manager model: a management company runs an entire portfolio of condominiums from a single account, switches communities with a selector and sees consolidated metrics across all of them — without one community's data ever leaking into another's.

  • Condominium switcher in the sidebar: every module reloads instantly.
  • Delinquency ranking with progress bars and a comparison table.
  • Export to Excel (3 sheets) and PDF with charts.
  • Global guard that checks on every request that the assignment is active.
  • Granular permissions per assigned condominium.

Finances

  • Payment recording with proof upload to CDN.
  • Budgets by category with execution tracking.
  • Bank reconciliation matching statements.
  • Bulk and selective charges, and automatic recurring charges.
  • Petty cash with movement tracking.
  • Per-unit account statements and delinquency management with interest.
  • Balance sheet and financial-health dashboard.
  • Currency configurable per condominium.

Tax compliance

  • DGII reports — 606 for purchases, 607 for sales and 608 for voided receipts.
  • Export in the DGII's official .txt format.
  • Dominican payroll with income tax, pension, health insurance, SRL and INFOTEP.
  • Statutory overtime and severance — articles 75–95 of the Labor Code.
  • Reports for the TSS (Social Security Treasury).

Import from Excel

  • Safe three-step flow: preview → commit → undo.
  • The preview validates every row and flags ok, warning or error before writing anything.
  • The commit runs inside a transaction and keeps an auditable history.
  • Undo reverts a whole batch.
  • Accounts receivable, accounts payable and master data.
  • Custom templates per condominium.

Access control

  • Visitors with a QR code generated from the resident's app.
  • Front desk and guest check-in.
  • Access-point setup and entry/exit log.
  • Visitor checkout with departure logging.
  • Visitor fines.
  • Access alerts and audit trail.

Automatic delinquency blocks

  • Policy configurable per condominium: master switch and day threshold.
  • Overdue units restrict themselves from bookings, amenities and voting.
  • Blocked-units panel for the administrator.
  • The resident sees their block status and the reason.
  • Enforced at the service layer, not just the interface.

Maintenance and operations

  • Request lifecycle: create → assign → resolve.
  • Equipment inventory with assignment and maintenance.
  • Registry of authorized providers and technicians, with quotes.
  • Lost and found.
  • Consumption meters: the reading generates the charge in its category automatically.

Communication

  • One-on-one chat between resident and management.
  • Group chat by towers, blocks or neighborhoods.
  • Message categories and read / unread indicators.
  • Image and document attachments.
  • WebSocket for real-time messages and push notifications.

AI assistant · VERA

  • VERA (Virtual Executive for Residential Administration): natural-language queries on delinquency, treasury and account statements.
  • Reads bank transfer receipts (vision) and answers based on the condominium's rulebook.
  • Drafts announcements and executes actions —bookings, tickets, scheduled charges— always with prior confirmation.
  • Respects each role's permissions and keeps everything audited; it doesn't make up figures.
  • Available in the dashboard, the mobile app and over WhatsApp, depending on the plan.

Calendar and bookings

  • General condominium calendar and a personal calendar per user.
  • Configurable rules per common area: max bookings per month, restricted hours, minimum notice and approval flow.
  • Time-based cancellation policies.
  • Recurring events: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  • Attendee management and confirmations.
  • Week, month and day views with live updates.

Voting

  • Digital voting for community decisions.
  • Single- or multiple-choice questions.
  • Anonymous or identified voting.
  • Integrity with SHA-256 hashing and duplicate-vote prevention.
  • Real-time results and a full audit trail.

Reports

  • Around 68 reports: 50 predefined, ~15 generators and 3 tax formats.
  • Monthly balance sent automatically to owners.
  • Payroll reports with TSS and DGII export.
  • Financial summaries to Excel, PDF and CSV.
  • Consolidated property-manager reports across condominiums.

Platform and security

  • Multi-tenant with property managers running multiple condominiums.
  • Six roles: SuperAdmin, Property manager, Admin, Security, Owner and Resident.
  • Plan-based limits, with licenses and expiration control.
  • JWT authentication protected with reCAPTCHA v3.
  • Real-time notifications via Socket.io.
  • Audit log and 17 scheduled tasks.

Mobile apps

ResiHub has two independent apps that share the same backend, each designed for a very different user: the person who lives in the condominium and the one who works in it.

ResiHub Mobile

Residents, owners and administrators

The resident's day-to-day app: pay, book, let a visitor in and keep up with what's happening in the community, without calling the office.

  • Biometric authentication: Face ID, Touch ID and fingerprint.
  • Payment recording with proof upload, history and account statements.
  • Common-area bookings with an integrated calendar.
  • QR codes for visitors and special permits.
  • One-on-one and group chat with WebSocket, attachments and push.
  • Voting, announcements, documents and a provider directory.
  • Different dashboards by role: resident, owner or administrator.

ResiHub Handy

Condominium operations staff

An independent project for whoever works in the condominium: security, technicians, workers, concierges and supervisors. Same foundation, but geared to field operations.

  • Access control and visitor logging at the gate.
  • Package and incident management with photo evidence.
  • Assigned tasks and meter readings from the field.
  • Offline mode: a custom network client with retries, timeout and read cache.

Billium

e-CF electronic invoicing · Dominican Republic

The DGII is requiring Dominican companies to issue Electronic Fiscal Receipts. The problem isn't the invoice: it's the digital signature, the XML that must match the official schema, the token that expires, the supplier acknowledgment and the ten receipt types with different rules.

Billium handles all of it. It generates XML compliant with the official e-CF v1.0 schema, validates it against the XSDs before transmitting — so you catch the error before, not after a rejection — and authenticates via Seed → token.

It works both ways: you issue your receipts and also receive your suppliers', with acknowledgment of receipt and commercial approval. And if you already have an ERP, there's no need to replace it: there's a public API with a key and webhooks to connect it.

Receipt lifecycle

Draft Pending Sent Accepted Rejected Voided

Issuance

  • Receipt creation with line items and ITBIS calculation.
  • Submission to the DGII: digital signing, XML generation and transmission.
  • Credit (E34) and debit (E33) notes tied to the receipt.
  • ITBIS and income-tax withholdings per line on E41 and E47.
  • Download of the PDF and the signed XML.
  • Email delivery of the receipt to the customer.
  • Cancellation and status verification against the DGII.

DGII conformance

  • Seed → token authentication: the seed is signed and exchanged for a Bearer cached for ~55 minutes.
  • XSD validation against the embedded official schemas before transmitting.
  • XMLDSig RSA-SHA256 signing with C14N canonicalization.
  • RFCE: consumer invoices under RD$250,000 are transmitted as a summary.
  • ANECF: real voiding of unused sequence ranges.
  • Stamp and QR code on the printed representation.
  • Contingency and deferred submission for e-CF issued offline.

Receipt intake

  • Recording of received e-CF from the supplier's signed XML, with automatic extraction of issuer, amount and security code.
  • Acknowledgment of receipt (ARECF) signed and transmitted peer-to-peer to the issuer, resolving its URL via Directory Lookup.
  • Commercial approval (ACECF): accept or reject with a reason.
  • Listing and status history of incoming documents.
  • Load by pasting the XML or uploading the file.

Public API and webhooks

  • API Key authentication with a dedicated filter.
  • Creation of receipts and notes via API.
  • Lookup of receipt, status, PDF and XML.
  • API client management: create, list, delete and rotate the key.
  • Webhooks with an event catalog, delivery history and retries.
  • API versioning (api/v1/…) and Swagger documentation.

Customers, products and reports

  • Customers identified by RNC, national ID or passport.
  • Bulk customer import from Excel or CSV, with a downloadable template.
  • Product catalog with a per-product configurable ITBIS rate.
  • Sales reports, by customer and by product.
  • ITBIS summary for tax filings.
  • Dashboard with metrics and charts, and Excel export.

Platform

  • Multi-tenant: each company operates isolated on the same infrastructure.
  • Four roles: SuperAdmin, CompanyAdmin, Biller and Viewer.
  • JWT with refresh tokens and BCrypt-hashed passwords.
  • Upload of the X.509 digital certificate for signing.
  • NCF sequence management by receipt type.
  • Background jobs with Hangfire: periodic status checks against the DGII and cleanup of expired tokens.
  • Health checks, structured logging with Serilog and cloud storage (AWS S3 / Azure Blob).

Cliento CRM

Business CRM, quotes and invoicing

A CRM inspired by EspoCRM but built for teams that, besides selling, quote, invoice and collect. It covers the whole cycle without jumping to another tool: from lead to opportunity, from quote to invoice, and from invoice to payment.

We paid special attention to field follow-up, which is where generic CRMs fail: each visit records its purpose, its outcome and its next action — and that next action creates the task automatically, inheriting the priority and the prospect's contact details.

There's no public sign-up: organizations are provisioned by a super-admin, and creating an organization stands up its base roles and its admin user in a single transaction.

Leads and accounts

  • Accounts split into customers and prospects, with a type filter.
  • Lead CRUD with filters by status, source and owner.
  • Search by name, company, email and phone.
  • Lead-to-customer conversion, allowed only when the lead is qualified.
  • Disqualification with a recorded reason.
  • Associated contacts with a detail page.

Pipeline and opportunities

  • Kanban with stages, drag and drop, and reordering.
  • Archive and unarchive opportunities.
  • Checklists per opportunity with reusable templates.
  • Comments per opportunity.
  • Reusable labels for classification.

Visits and follow-up

  • Visit logging with purpose, outcome, next action and priority.
  • Automatic task created from the follow-up: it inherits the priority, stays linked to the prospect and includes their contact details.
  • Server-side search by prospect, company or phone.
  • Follow-up history per lead and an aggregate summary.

Tasks and calendar

  • Tasks in a list, grouped by prospect and on a Kanban board.
  • Filters by status, priority, owner, overdue-only and due-date range.
  • Unified calendar of activities and follow-ups.
  • Activity logging per account and contact.

Quotes, invoices and payments

  • Product and service catalog.
  • Quotes convertible to invoices through an atomic transaction.
  • Invoices with statuses, per-organization numbering and balance calculation.
  • Partial payments with outstanding-balance tracking.
  • Flagging and summary of overdue invoices.

Automation and KPIs

  • Real-time KPI dashboard.
  • Reports on sales, pipeline, lead funnel and forecast.
  • The bell only alerts what's urgent (follow-ups and overdue invoices); the rest is listed without interrupting.
  • Daily jobs at 8:00 a.m.: flagging overdue invoices, follow-up reminders and alerts for opportunities stalled more than 7 days.
  • In-app and email notifications.

Security and multi-tenancy

  • The tenant is resolved from the JWT and applied automatically, via middleware and a TypeORM subscriber.
  • Instant logout: deactivating a user, resetting their password or suspending the organization revokes the tokens and cuts the active session.
  • A suspended organization blocks login for all its users.
  • Roles per organization, with fine-grained permissions by module and action.
  • Nothing is truly deleted: everything stays recoverable and auditable, without blocking reusable emails or invoice numbers.

Platform administration

  • Platform dashboard with global metrics.
  • Organization management: creation, suspension and administration.
  • Manual provisioning by super-admin, no public sign-up.
  • Management of platform administrators.

TalentUs

HRIS · Human resources information system

TalentUs digitizes the full employee lifecycle: from being a candidate for a vacancy to their payroll, their loans and their savings plan. It's the system that replaces the physical folders and email chains no one can find later.

It covers far more than the record: it includes recruitment with a requisition and hiring flow, org structure with cost centers and a position hierarchy, training and development, and more than 30 catalogs of competencies, languages, certifications and knowledge areas.

Personnel actions — promotions, rehires, disciplinary actions — go through traceable approval flows, with auditing in the database and in files.

Your own system

Built to fit your operation

The four products above all started the same way: someone told us how they actually work and where the time and money were going. If your operation looks nothing like a condominium, a billing company, a sales team or an HR department, we'll build you the system that does look like you.

We don't start from zero. We reuse what we've already solved and run in production —multi-tenancy, roles and permissions, authentication, collections and billing, reporting, real-time notifications, mobile apps— and build what's unique to your business on top of it. That shortens the path and lowers the risk.

And if you already have something that half works, there's no need to throw it away: we integrate it, migrate it or replace it piece by piece, without stopping your operation.

What we can build you

  • Internal systems that today live in Excel, WhatsApp and shared folders.
  • Portals for your clients, suppliers or field staff.
  • iOS and Android apps on the same backend.
  • Integrations and APIs with the systems you already use.
  • Automation of repetitive processes and scheduled jobs.
  • Dashboards and reports with the numbers you actually look at.
  • Tax and payroll modules for the Dominican Republic.

How we do it

  • We understand the operation first; the software comes after.
  • We define the data model and the architecture before building.
  • Short iterations with working software you can try, not progress reports.
  • A staging environment so your team validates before going live.
  • We reuse proven modules instead of reinventing them.
  • We tell you frankly what's worth building and what isn't.

What you get

  • A system in production, with deployment and monitoring.
  • Roles and permissions that match how work is actually split in your company.
  • Excel, PDF and CSV exports from day one.
  • Technical documentation and training for your team.
  • A system that keeps growing: launch is the starting point.
  • Someone to write to when something doesn't add up.

How we start

No 40-page proposals and no commitments before their time. Four steps to find out whether this makes sense for you.

You tell us

Write to us about what your company does and which part of the work is costing more than it should.

We talk

A call to understand your operation. If we're not the answer, we'll say so right there.

We propose

Scope, deliveries and an estimate, in plain language. You decide whether we go on.

We build with you

Frequent deliveries you can use and correct while we go.

Industries

Who we solve it for.

These are the markets where the problems we know how to solve show up most often —and where there's most ground to gain in the Dominican Republic. It isn't a wish list: each row states the concrete need they come to us with and what we attack it with.
