Condominium and property management

All-in-one SaaS platform for residential administration. A single tool for property managers, administrators, owners, residents and security staff: finances, access control, maintenance, payroll, voting and communication. Its property manager model lets you run a full portfolio of condominiums from one account, with a consolidated global view and full data isolation between communities.

  • DR tax compliance. DGII 606, 607 and 608 reports with official-format export.
  • Dominican payroll. Income tax, pension, health insurance, INFOTEP, overtime and severance per articles 75–95 of the Labor Code, with TSS reports.
  • Access control. QR-code visitors, front desk, entry/exit log, and visitor fines.
  • Automatic delinquency blocks. Overdue units are automatically restricted from bookings, amenities and voting per the condominium's policy.
